W. C. (Bill) Neff is a former radio announcer and Station Manager at WJTL-FM Radio in Lancaster, PA. He also served as the Director of Radio Programming at Ligonier Ministries in Orlando, FL where he was the "host" announcer for the radio program, Renewing Your Mind with R. C. Sproul.
W. C. Neff is the Founder and President of Morning & Evening Ministries, Inc. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (Bible Theology-Greek), received a B. S. Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College, and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary.
He is an Elder at One City Church in Lancaster, PA, husband to LuAnne, his wife of more than 35 years, and father to his five children.
Charles Haddon Spurgeon is the well-known 19th century preacher from London England. He does not say a word on the podcast because he has another (heavenly) assignment, but his words are the substance of these daily devotional readings; so, in spirit, he is with us each day.
